With your subscription, you’ll get unlimited access to our full library of pre-recorded online handstand classes.

Train anytime, anywhere, and at your own pace. While we’re no longer adding new classes, every session in the library is there to stay, so you can revisit, progress, and structure your practice in a way that works for you.

We’re no longer adding new classes to the library, but all existing classes are still available for you to access anytime.

Absolutely! No matter where you are on your handstand journey, our classes are designed to help you progress and elevate your practice.

Beginner: Start from the ground up. Learn the fundamentals and build a solid foundation for long-term handstand success.

Intermediate: Take your skills further with targeted classes to boost strength, endurance, and mobility, helping you refine and hold your handstands with confidence.

Advanced: Maintain and strengthen your base while developing the control and capacity needed for advanced movements like stalder presses and one arm handstands.

We suggest training 2–3 classes per week.

That said, everyone’s journey is different. Some people may notice improvements with just one session per week, while others might benefit from a bit of extra handstand practice outside of class.

All subscriptions renew automatically, and prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

Liability Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY
By subscribing to this service, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this liability waiver.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in Amble Coaching Online Handstand Classes involves physical activity, which may include, but is not limited to, Strength and Conditioning Training, Flexibility Training, Weight Training, and Inversion/Handstand Training.

I recognize that participation in fitness activities can involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to:
- Injury or death: Head injuries, spinal damage, bone fractures, sprains, strains, muscle tears, ligament damage, bruises, abrasions, open wounds, dislocations, dehydration, heat stress, cardiovascular complications, heart attack, stroke, infection, disease, or overexertion-related illnesses.
I fully understand these risks and choose to voluntarily participate in these activities.

2. Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary, and I am free to refuse to participate in any session or activity at any time if I feel it is unsafe for me.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

I confirm that I am in good health and physical condition and have no medical conditions that would affect my ability to safely engage in the Fitness Activities. If I have any health concerns or doubts about my participation, I agree to consult with a medical professional before enrolling in the program.

4. Medical Advice

I acknowledge that if at any time I feel faint, dizzy, nauseous, or experience any pain or discomfort, I will immediately stop participating in the activity and seek advice from a medical professional or emergency services.

5. Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, administrators, executors, and next of kin, hereby irrevocably waive any and all claims, expenses, causes of action, or liabilities, known or unknown, against Amble Coaching and its representatives, arising out of participation in the Fitness Activity, except for liabilities arising out of gross negligence by Amble Coaching or its representatives.

6. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amble Coaching and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from my participation in the Fitness Activity.

7. Minor Participation

This course is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If any individual under the age of 18 participates, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any emergency medical or surgical care needed for the minor.

8. Media Consent

I authorize Amble Coaching to use any photographs or videos I upload or share on social media of my participation in the Fitness Activity for promotional purposes. If I do not wish to have my images used, I will notify Amble Coaching in writing.

9. Payment and Refund Policy

I understand that once a payment is made for the service, no refunds will be issued. Amble Coaching reserves the right to remove or modify course content at any time without prior notice.

10. Agreement and Legal Binding

Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of South Australia and applicable federal law.

Confirmation Email

Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your waiver for your records.
